Shipston lacks enough green spaces for the number of residents
Shipston village centre is already completely maxed out on space, insufficient parking, infrastructure etc
Shipston has infrequent bus services, which are inreliable and no train station
Shipston area near the bridge is extremely prone to flooding already, any development would exacerbate this
Schools and medical facilities already at capacity
Long distances to major employment hubs and to large towns
