The development will damage landscape and public rightway which connects residence from Burbage Ave to the countryside. A housing development of this significant size will be very intrusive leading to loss of scenic rural areas. The land is a greenbelt leading to Welcombe hills nature reserve and Grade2 Listed Clopton House, building on land will diminish the important aspect of history. The development will affect air quality and add onto the traffic over the next few years. There is also plenty of wildlife on current land including bats, hedgehogs and bun owls that will be affected by the proposed development
