I believe that greenbelt should never even be a consideration if there is brownfield land available. By using the greenbelt land we are allowing urban sprawl to happen and adding to any existing strain on existing infrastructure. SG18 includes the Clopton Quarter which is right next to the Welcome Hills, an area that should be permanently protected to ensure a biodiverse and resilient South Warwickshire.
