Flooding to existing properties and roads will be made worse. Thousands of people and vehicles would destroy wildlife and protected woodland. A huge risk to children’s safety crossing roads and destruction of the ability to roam and play safely outdoors. Currently, the surrounding areas to Stratford have been over developed and the town and surrounding villages are struggling with the ever increasing traffic now. A train station that goes no where and is a request stop is nota reason to even consider the development.
