The proposed development will provide houses to cover demand for the area. It will also provide new job opportunities and new settlements that will driven by strategic opportunities instead of land availability. This would remove congestion pressures from Stratford especially on the Birmingham road and pressure on existing infrastructure. The development will also provide opportunities for new schools, hospitals, shopping centers and towns. HS2 could offer faster links to key communities and newer railway stations to cater for the demand
