This area is a poor choice for further development as it is a high quality piece of green belt that gives Old Milverton and North Leamington access to green spaces and is likely to be poorly connected to the train station and M40 corridor. Placing housing here will likely put more pressure on the existing routes through the town centre which cannot be expanded to accommodate further congestion. There are no supermarkets in this area and many people will drive to the retail park to access ammenities and employment.
