The SG18 land includes areas such as Clopton Quarter and Welcombe hills which are greenbelt areas which should be protected against such significant development. Creating new areas will be much more desirable compared the greenbelt areas. These areas are large enough to meet set housing targets. Where there is opportunity to build on new settlements should be highly considered than greenbelt areas.
