There have already been accidents around this area with the increase of pedestrian and vehicle traffic. More housing would create even more accidents and victims this was not managed correctly the first time before any intervention from outside people. This and SG10 would cause massive traffic issues in a low vehicle consumption area. It would be highly dangerous and there would be no distinction for the villages
