Leamington Spa is an historic town with character. Sadly we see in the middle of Victorian houses some pretty horrible modern buildings made back in the 70s which just break the characters left by your ancestors.... The council has made plenty of rules for individuals to obey when their own property is in a protecting area and here you are planning to have modern houses built close to a natural area, Newbold, which allows taxpayers to walk in a quiet area with no building or no roadworks (plenty at the moment...). Can't you get houses further away like Cubbington etc...?
