SG19 is an unsustainable development placed on the edge of the town
It has no appropriate infrastructure such as roads ,transport links and community facilities
It will create isolated communities dependant upon overloaded infrastructure of stratford town
It would destroy the strategic gap between stratford town and villages of tiddington and stratford this has been sustained by sequential planning decisions at appeal level to date.
residents in this proposed development would not have any transport links to access employment or services apart from the existing overloaded system including river crossings
The proposed development of 5000 homes would increase of 30%
