Agree. Good location and area for access to core infrastructure - main roads, motorway and rail network. Could actually see this site to be bigger than what is proposed - scale to develop further and maybe reduce other more sensitive locations.
Provided we are not destroying good quality and productive grade 2/3 land then ok in GB.
