Grade 2 farmland, clay based and prone to flooding. Infrastructure is poor, Limited public transport, poor roads, insufficient schools, GP surgeries - local surgery already taking patients from Banbury, no shops, fire station or police station. Not to mention the need for upgrading sewage, electricity and water supplies. There are also many local heritage sites that need to be preserved.
