The 700 acre site is clay based and prone to flooding which if built on will have a knock on effect downstream.
The land is grade 2 fertile and productive farmland.
Rural narrow winding roads surround the site with poor public transport.
Already overstreched infrastructure, would require addition primary schools, and secondary school is near capacity without further development.
New GP Fenny Compton surgery is already over subscribed and is already being asked to take people from Banbury,
Inadequate police fire and shopping facilities.
Development would require upscale roads sewage electricity and water further damaging the environment
