Against a large development proposal in Henley, citing poor site location and transport links. I advocate for preserving historic towns and suggest building small housing developments in surrounding hamlets to maintain Henley's beauty and heritage. Propose infill building in areas like disused brownfield Garden centre north of Henley, Buckley Green, Claverdon, Ullenhall and Wootton Wawen. Development of SG23 only appropriate along the A3400 which replicates the road to Wootton with housing. Business hubs should be near good road infrastructure such as sites SG24, SG07, A1, A2 and B1. Suggest expanding local schools and the medical center to accommodate growth.
