Flood risk alone makes proposal invalid let alone lack of infrastructure for current residents - difficult to get Drs appt, dentist appt, limited places at high school, insufficient road network/parking/public transport, no local employment. Flooding at Shipston Bridge has prevented my children getting to school on several occassions. Totally inappropriate use of green belt land and development would fundamentally ruin the character of Shipston-On-Stour as a small market town. The single track roads through Willington/Honnington are already used as rat runs to Oxford/Stratford but they are dangerous and ill suited to this traffic let alone adding 100s more cars!
