This site is totally unsuitable for housing for the following reasons:-
Speeding Traffic - The entrance is in a 50mph zone, just before an S bend that has seen many traffic accidents over the years.
Flooding- The S bend often floods as water pours off the field that is proposed for development and fills the road the whole length of the area where access would be.
Wildlife - The area surrounding School Road is full of wildlife. Hedgehogs are a Red Listed species. Development would pose a high risk of habitat loss.
