Destruction of this stretch of greenbelt will destroy the individual identify of Cubbington Village, making it just another suburb of Leamington Spa.
Development will increase flood risk to the whole valley below the development.
The existing roads are not adequate to service the additional houses.
There is no adequate provision for additional education or health facilities that this scale of development will need.
