Disagree with the whole plan which is based on landowner offerings and not on a professional strategic plan. There is evidence that a more appropriate approach would be to use New Towns legislation which would provide for cheaper compulsory land purchase; installation of infrastructure and building of homes and industry that would not be at the whim of developers.
B1 is totally unsuitable for development given its location next to the A4177 and Hockley Heath roads - both already overwhelmed at critical times of the day.
The whole plan seems to be relying on building adjacent to existing unsuitable roads.
