This land is a valuable part of the green belt, and provides a buffer between Terrys Pool and housing on the ribbon development that has taken place over the years on Malthouse Lane.
I understand that part of this Land forms part of a Protected View.
There is only one narrow access point (under 4 m wide) to this Land which is very restricted, it would not allow a Refuse vehicle to access the Land Safely. Similarly this may apply to an emergency vehicle requiring access.
