I do not agree with the potential development for the following preferred options east and west of Marton Road, Long Itchington: REF ID's: 469, 478 and 633
Reasons: 1) There has been no consolation with the owners adjacent to these areas 2) The area is subject to flooding which will worsen with further development of roads/housing and the subsequent run off 3) The attenuation ponds in Bishop Drive/Cox Crescent are constantly overflowing in the winter months. 4) The ponds are a wildlife habitat, including newts 5) Access to the proposed sites would be problematic during construction and after completion.
