Hockley Heath doesn’t have the infrastructure for any large housing developments. There is no Doctors, the school wouldn’t be able to cope and there would be added traffic on the Stratford Road. The need for affordable housing is never addressed with houses selling for in excess of £300k…. hardly starter home prices.
