I support the SG14 site as it provides better infrastructure and sustainability. These locations offer excellent job opportunities, strong road connections, and the potential for a new Chiltern Line railway station, enhancing connectivity. With HS2 providing fast links to key employment areas, these sites align with strategic growth needs rather than just land availability. Developing new settlements here would relieve congestion in Stratford, protect the Green Belt, and ensure housing needs are met with minimal environmental impact. By preventing urban sprawl and avoiding strain on existing infrastructure, these sites represent a smarter, more sustainable approach to regional development.
