Proposed site green belt grade 2 farm land required for crops. Ground clay based prone to flooding. Infrastructure in area very poor, extremely limited bus service, no trains, roads all B, C & D that are already too busy at peak times, traffic races through poorly lit, narrow and badly maintained village roads. Insufficient room at existing primary schools. Local GP surgery already has patients from Banbury who are unable to register within Banbury. Surgery has no room for expansion. Water, electricity and sewage requires serious upgrading in order to cope with proposal. Heritage sites in close proximity require protection.
