Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

Green Belt land should be safeguarded, not developed, when brownfield alternatives exist. Protecting these areas prevents urban sprawl, ensuring communities remain distinct and preserving South Warwickshire’s natural beauty. New settlements in sustainable locations better accommodate growth without straining existing infrastructure. The Clopton Quarter of SG18, bordering the Welcombe Hills, must be permanently protected to uphold South Warwickshire’s vision of a biodiverse, environmentally resilient region. Allowing development here contradicts these principles, damaging vital landscapes and ecosystems. Strategic planning should focus on brownfield regeneration and new settlements, ensuring growth happens sustainably, without sacrificing protected countryside.
