We experience very challenging flooding here which has prevented us 3 times this winter leaving our home. This is a problem for medical,educational and work issues. Access to the road from anywhere on this site is a big problem with visibility and cars speeding. In addition there is a public footpath used by everyone in the village which cuts straight across the site.
