Site 492 Land at The Greens, South of Alcester Road, SuA, and site 827 South of Alcester Road, SuA: The SHLAA red rating contradicts the HELAA rating with no public challenge, the SHLAA must hold. Access to this site from Alcester Road will have high accident risk due to the proximity of other roads. Development of this green field will have a negative biodiversity impact and will interrupt a green corridor from Shottery Fields, the school playing fields, the site, the allotments and beyond. Developers will push for development of the adjoining field which would destroy a green corner plot.
