Site 492 Land at The Greens, South of Alcester Road, SuA, and site 827 South of Alcester Road, SuA: This field floods after almost any level of rain. It is clearly am important absorption area for rainfall. If developed pressure will inevitably be put on the nearby stream and downstream of that. The developer and residents will have no future responsibility for any future problems meaning that local tax payers will be hit whilst the developer has made off with their profit. This is unacceptable and should be avoided by leaving the field as a field.
