This is productive organic farmland with a plethora of Wildlife - deer/badgers/bats/peacock/hares
People walk and hike here to rejuvenate from the urban sprawl

Simply the infrastructure is already dangerously overloaded
People in Barford are trapped currently - due to increased traffic it is almost impossible to join the main roads due to traffic to commute to work/ shops/ visiting relatives
The village is a thoroughfare for local schools and is impassable in the mornings and afternoon - it is already dangerous

The local Hospitals/ Sewage systems etc are struggling to cope with the huge proposed density of population
