Barford Neighbourhood Plan 2014-2029 states that the land along Wasperton Lane and Hareway Lane should be preserved not only for the open countryside and views, but also for the prime agricultural land alongside. If this site goes ahead that will be destroyed, as will the view and access to Oakley Wood. Traffic around that area, to and from Wellesbourne, especially will increase and more shortcuts taken through Barford.
