F3 is not suitable for residential development and would end up being an isolated community with no supporting local amenities or connectivity.
This proposal does not meet any of the "5 overarching principles" of the SWLP, and this would simply be a housing estate in the middle of nowhere.
There are no local schools or medical services and residents would be totally reliant on private transport for access to any day to day needs.
