Additionally, according to Barford Neighbourhood Plan 2014- 2029, Westham Lane is an area identified as available for local walks and especially for views towards Sherbourne church and in the direction of Wellesbourne. A large portion of the field also gets flooded regularly and farm vehicles have even got stuck in the mud even where there has not been any obvious evidence of flooding.
