Partial agreement. This document should be produced at the County Level, with all UK counties collaborating on growth planning. Development should be structured, focusing on balancing growth in northern or any other UK county. If a county lacks brownfield sites, development should shift to counties with capacity and infrastructure. We should regenerate and re-urbanize disused brownfield sites across the UK first, protecting green belts and expanding them only for small-scale infilling for community improvements whilst adding to the nearby larger towns or village. Net Zero does not have to mean we must develop by a train station as a priority.
