Site 492 Land at The Greens, South of Alcester Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, and site 827 South of Alcester Road, Stratford-upon-Avon

This sites is outside the relevant boundaries under previous local and neighbourhood plans. Development should NOT happen outside a boundary or adjacent to it. This would only serve to negate the boundary.

Constant change benefits developers and leaves the public in a permanently anxious state about development. Once plans are agreed they should remain until the next public planning process happens.

The decisions on sites 492 and 827 undermines local decision-making through Neighbourhood Plans.
