I formally oppose planning application SG18 for the development on Bordon Hill in Stratford-upon-Avon. I recognise the need for more housing, but the environmental impacts here are too severe. The site provides vital habitats for native species, and developing it would lead to habitat destruction, increased flood risk due to more impermeable surfaces, and harm to local wildlife. Additionally, traffic congestion on already busy roads would worsen. Given the strain on local services, I believe this development is not in the community's best interest and urge its rejection.
