I am a long-term resident of Hockley Heath and have serious concerns about the proposed development which could border our village on three sides. Over 35 years, I have seen steady housing growth, but the plan to transform our village into a small town raises significant issues, particularly regarding education and healthcare. Our primary school is already at capacity, and there are no provisions for new schools or medical facilities in the proposal. Additionally, traffic congestion is a major concern. I believe any development must include adequate infrastructure to support the growing population.
