The build plans do not evidence sufficient sustainability ambitions, they permanently obliterate the green belt and productive farmland, they go beyond the original growth requirements. Local infrastructure is unsuitable even with further development; schools, health, road and traffic network including M40 Longbridge roundabout and much more. The plan rests on an unsuitable local train station (Hatton) that doesn't have lines to key hubs. Long term impact on local businesses will be detrimental rather than positive.
