My objection relates to the Clopton Corner part of SQ18.
This is greenbelt Land. I strongly believe it should never have been included for consideration. Those who decided to include it should take a hard look at themselves.
It will increase urban sprawl with loss of openness adjacent to the Welcome Hills nature reserve. It will adversely impact the local community and wildlife alike. Increased traffic from 700 additional homes in this area will be catastrophic for the over capacity gridlocked Birmingham Road leading into Stratford. Building here will cause additional flooding issues to existing residential sites already experiencing flooding.
