Furthermore, with superb existing road connections including the M40, there is easy access to local towns including Banbury, Warwick and Leamington. This would support housing growth by strategic need and not just land availability. This site does not impact greenbelt land which should always be preserved. It does not add to the urban sprawl and congestion of Stratford upon Avon.
