In my area of Ufton village, I have had loss of water twice in the lat two years, due to burst pipes. I have also been affected by road closures due to flooding in the Radford Semele area.

As outlined, it would be important to prioritise flood potential issues when considering the sites for new development, some of which are around the Radford Semele area.
