Development of this field will permanently eradicate a local green space and green corridor.

It will disrupt important views and skylines that contribute to the historic character of the area and its inherent tranquillity. It will impact residents, the nearby churches and hospice along with the wellbeing of all those associated people.

It will lead to the inevitable pressure for development on the adjacent field which will complete the eradication of what was once a large green area in the town.
