The village has no infrastruce for such develpments including relevant drainage, heathcare, education or trasnport etc. The village is aslready built around a main busy road there wil be huge safety impliacation with increased homes being built around the Straford Rd. The wildlife and protected greenbelt will be lost and have an adverse affec teh biodeiversity of the area. The plans will completely ruin the character which makes hockley heath the lovely village it is. there are not enough green belt areas surviving in the area. Hockley heath is a rare historic entity which should be retained.
