This causes over urbanisation from South Leamington to Wellesbourne with the loss of division between settlements and the loss of agricultural land. The proposed route of Stratford SW Relief Road goes to Wellesbourne and could be further developed to SG09 creating a one large urban area and losing the individuality identity of settlements.
