both are beautiful, characterful small villages with historic buildings & communities. People choose to live in the countryside & pay a premium for doing so. Crime is low ..problems with flooding & increasingly the traffic There is an abundance of wildlife in the fields & around the canal area. Tourists love the charm/authenticity of the village. An overwhelmingly large development such as has been proposed will create massive traffic problems, be hugely detrimental to the character of the village & surrounds, marr the historic value, create light pollution as well as noise and chemical pollution. Stratford is already massively overdeveloped
