I am concerned about the proposed use of site BW 673 (Bearley Farm) for housing development. I urge the SWLP committee to critically review both the site proposal and the Housing Land Availability Assessment results. Site 673 conflicts with the Bearley Neighbourhood Plan, which aims to preserve the village's rural character and green spaces. The site is outside the built-up area, encroaches on the conservation area, and lacks viable access routes. Additionally, it is greenfield land adjacent to protected natural sites. I request acknowledgment of my concerns and assurance that they will be considered.
