I formally object to the proposed development around Shipston-on-Stour as detailed in the South Warwickshire Local Plan, particularly the sites on Fell Mill Lane. I believe this proposal presents significant challenges, including inadequate infrastructure, strain on local schools and medical services, increased flood risk from the River Stour, unsuitability of aging bridges for added traffic, and insufficient public transport. I urge the planning authority to reconsider this development and ensure any future growth is sustainable, respects local infrastructure limitations, and protects community wellbeing.
