Land to the east of Spernal Lane and Appleby Close, Great Alne 650
This site is unsuitable on the following grounds:
-The site will destroy the environment for local residents in Appleby Close
-The access road in Spernal Lane is dangerous. There are already problems with cars exiting Appleby Close as vehicles cut the corner and come up on the wrong side of the road
-The field is in the conservation zone
-The field is home to a lot of wildlife including Roe Deer and Muntjac
-The road is liable to flooding
