Unnecessary development on greenbelt which will damage wildlife habitats. The countryside will become an urban sprawl. There will be thousands, if not tens of thousands of extra vehicles on already congested roads. The surrounding villages will become rat runs and endanger life due to lack of pavements in these villages. Particularly the Green in Snitterfield. Increased noise and pollution. The infrastructure of the town is already at breaking point with no GP appointments available. Flood risk will increase. The safety of the surrounding main roads is already an issue and a development of this size would make matters worse.
