As a Hockley Heath resident, I am concerned about the effect the above proposals would have to the village. We already have limited infrastructure on a number of
essential services i. e. No Doctors or chemist, our school is full, having to take more pupils from surrounding newly built areas, and limited public transport and an over burdened water system, and feel that a development of this size would have a detrimental effect on our everyday life and mental health. I would ask you to consider the health and well-being of the villagers whilst making your decisions.
