I am concerned about Hockley Heath's ability to support new development due to its limited infrastructure. The village has a small school, no doctor's surgery, an unreliable bus service, and frequent power cuts. The increasing traffic poses additional issues, as current road conditions are deteriorating. The field behind Park View is a vital wildlife habitat, home to various animals, and losing it would be devastating. When we bought our home, we were told that further building near the county boundary was unlikely, and I worry about access to the land as the current roads are too narrow for increased traffic.
