There are a number of criteria which require reconsidering for Site 699 which will result in some amber criteria being green in HELAA part A.

There are a number of criteria which require reconsidering for Site 699 which will result in a HELAA part B score lower than 47.90.

Excluding reconsideration of connectivity, carbon sequestration and surface water flooding which require further assessment by the Council, the HELAA part B score would be amended to 38.90 (with weighted constraints scores relating to agricultural land quality, heritage assessment, employment land study and viability and deliverability all being reassessed to 0.00).
